Brand Identity

The Gulshan Group, erstwhile Gulshan Homz, is among Noida’s largest real estate developers and something of a legacy brand which relied almost entirely on the pure merit of delivery. They needed an entire visual and tonal overhaul to catch up with this caliber they had built over decades.

Then their pipeline of developments also included new ultra-luxury products, which further underscored this rebranding exercise that we were tasked with, which essentially became to ‘contemporarise the brand but also infuse a sense of understated luxury’.

Visual Identity

The base of our rebranding was founded in some classical systems of modern luxury branding, including colours, fonts, textures and the application of some general design hygiene which anyway revitalised the brand. But to give it a further dash of originality, we drew inspiration from their brand story and the values that they built by, expanding the design system with an ancillary one of motifs and other subtle elements, because showing is always going to trump telling.
